Club Overview
O’Connor Knights were founded in 1997 by the Croatian Community in the northern Canberra suburb of O’Connor, ACT, Australia. O’Connor Knights are a non-for-profit community club run by volunteers.
The Knights vision is to encourage, promote and develop the game of football as a sport and community in the ACT.
HNK O’Connor Knights currently play in Capital Football’s National Premier League (NPLM and NPLB), Community Leagues and ACTEWAGL Junior Leagues competitions.
Major honours are Australian Croatian Tournament Champions in 2005, A.C.T Federation Cup Champions in 2008, Womens State League Champions 2010, CLM3 Champions 2021, NPL2 Champions 2021 and NPL Champions 2023.
The Knights focus is to provide local talent with a pathway from its Juniors base to Youth and Senior Teams in the highest possible standard with the qualified coaches and staff of the club.
